WantzIt started with a problem every parent knows: kids texting you random links, and relatives asking for a wishlist that only works on Amazon. We wanted one place to save anything from any store, and share it with the people who actually need it.
So we built it. WantzIt is a web and mobile-friendly app that lets users create wishlists with products from any retailer, not just the big ones.

My role
I own the brand and the user experience end to end: identity, visual design, UX/UI, and social. That means everything from the logo and product interface to how the app feels the first time someone adds an item.

React, Figma, GitHub, and Vercel.
Where it stands
WantzIt is still evolving, and the hardest part is the part users never see. Pulling product details and images from retailer sites is a moving target. Some stores lock things down tightly, and many change their site structure often, which means our scrapers need regular updates to keep up. We’re continually testing and refining both the UX and the backend as we learn what works.
