Exclusive Ad Product
Using the concepts of design thinking, I led a redesign of an exclusive ad product. I led a collaborative study of user needs and pain points by using dynamic techniques like brainstorming and journey mapping. This method helped me learn a lot about the user experience and find places where it could be improved. With the help of thorough UX study, I carefully looked at user habits and preferences, which helped me guide the redesign process. When design thought and user-centered research came together, the result was a refreshed ad product resulted in an 15% engagement, 10% ROAS, and 20% app rate increase.
